Resident Physiotherapist
Connor is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in sports injuries, ankle rehabilitation, and return-to-activity care. Having grown up playing competitive hockey and soccer—and experiencing injuries himself—Connor understands how ankle pain and instability can affect movement, confidence, and performance.
With a foundation in Kinesiology (McMaster University) and a Master of Physical Therapy (Queen’s University), Connor combines hands-on treatment, targeted strengthening, and movement retraining to help patients recover safely and effectively. His experience working with athletes, post-injury rehab patients, and individuals with mobility challenges allows him to tailor ankle rehab programs for everyday movement, work demands, and sport-specific goals.
Connor’s approach focuses on clear education, proper technique, and progressive loading, so patients know exactly what’s happening with their ankle and how to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence over time. Treatments may include manual therapy, guided exercises, acupuncture, and practical at-home strategies to support long-term recovery.
Patients appreciate Connor’s calm, supportive style and his ability to explain each step of the process—helping them return to walking, working, and sport with less pain and greater control.
